A letter to our valued clients and colleagues
To our valued clients and colleagues,
Near mid-day on Friday, November 30, we received information that a tragic plane crash had occurred in Southern Indiana. The passengers involved included TEG’s president Wayne Estopinal, Sandy Johnson, vice president of business development, and our pilot, Andrew Davis.
Wayne founded TEG 29 years ago. He was a visionary, an innovator, and capable of extraordinary architecture resulting from his incredibly hard work ethic and uncompromising attention to client satisfaction. Wayne was also a mentor and a superior teacher to his partners, Ernie Dreher, Kyle Wilson, and Joel Wallace, who have more than 54 years of experience working at TEG under Wayne’s guidance and tutelage. While Wayne will be sorely missed, he diligently mentored his partners so that his succession plan for TEG would ensure the same superior quality of work that TEG clients have received and have come to expect.
A native of Shreveport and Vice President, Sandy was an extraordinary liaison for the firm. Her client-focused service was comprised of exceptional responsiveness and incredible attention to detail. The dedication to her family, staff, clients, colleagues that she possessed was unlike any other.
We want to assure you that TEG Architects will continue to provide our services that meet the same lofty standards, uncompromising commitment, effort, and quality that Wayne expected and that you deserve. Put simply, the TEG team is committed to devoting its time, knowledge, and experience to make your project exactly what you envisioned when you selected us.
While grieving, the TEG family will recover and looks forward to a continuing and future partnership with you, our trusted and valued client. That clearly and unquestionably is what Wayne wanted.
Ernie Dreher, Kyle Wilson, and Joel Wallace
