INTEG Winter 2017

Results happen every day at TEG on many levels and scales. Some results involve projects ranging more than $200 million, while others involve the achievements of our talented staff.

TEG is a very diverse compilation of creative and passionate professionals who attain these results by using TEG’s expertise and project delivery tools. In this short article, I’d be honored to tell you about three TEG staff who have recently achieved great results — Scott Hines, Ernie Dreher and Kyle Wilson.

Scott Hines is a young, hard-working, registered architect who came to TEG with literally no health care experience. His TEG training included senior-level mentoring, our unique health care planning process and design tools, as well as our highly collaborative design process. Scott has grown to become an accomplished health care architect within a very short time period.

The TEG process of encouraging young professional growth has helped Scott Hines achieve incredible success. He is a talented and committed architect with a passion for high-performing buildings that help clients be more efficient and productive — demonstrating that Process + Talent = Results.

Many architects shy away from health care projects due to their general complexity and magnitude, but with TEG’s process for training our project teams, success stories like Scott’s happen at TEG. You can find Scott’s story on Page 7 of this edition.

Having a passion and drive for building an architectural firm takes thousands of hours above and beyond the traditional 40 hours per week. It takes even more commitment and sacrifice when the firm you are building does highly complex projects and works in practically every state in the country. Two TEG staff who have put in those hours, constantly stoke their passion, continue to balance family life with professional life and do it all with incredible Service, Quality and Creativity.

In mid-2016, Ernie Dreher and Kyle Wilson were named Partners at TEG Architects. Each consistently demonstrates that they are preparing themselves to be the next generation of leaders at TEG. I’m personally honored to have both as my Partners at TEG and look forward to many years of delivering great design to our clients.

The TEG Process of building future design firm thought leaders, has helped Ernie and Kyle throughout their journey to become TEG Partners. Both are talented and committed, truly passionate about the services we provide our clients and driven to improve our Service, Quality and Creativity for many years to come. Join me in congratulating Ernie and Kyle for achieving the historic level of Partner at TEG.

Results in 2016 for our firm were incredible and consisted of great clients, great projects and great teamwork by our staff. A good year by any measure. I’m hopeful that we will see more growth in 2017, hopefully a unified country and the vitality that encourages everyone to help create a nation we are all proud of and support.

Everyone at TEG looks forward to serving our current and future clients with amazing Service, Quality and Creativity in 2017.
