Thresa co-founded the architecture firm with Wayne Estopinal 32 years ago and managed the multidisciplinary firm’s human resources and finances.

She focuses on the strategic goals and initiatives of the company by developing and utilizing human capital thru management, training, and analytics. Additionally, creating a balance between work and family with each individual is an area of passion, along with identifying and developing each staffs’ skills and talents.

Financial management of the company is another area of Thresa’s focus by developing, continually modifying, and executing processes for the sustainable financial success of the business.

John Sprouls | AIA, CDT, LEED, AP, NCARB

Managing Partner – Executive Vice President

John has led projects from initial design through construction documents with careful involvement at TEG. His extensive knowledge of building codes/systems, shielding and structural requirements, construction document preparation, cost estimating, and construction issues ensure quality and service for our clients. In addition, John holds more than 30 years of experience in designing and constructing healthcare, educational, commercial, and housing facilities. His experience partnering closely with construction managers and multiple consultant teams within tight schedules and budgets directly benefits the project’s operational, clinical, and financial goals.

Dwayne Wilson | ASHE

Vice President – Business Strategy & Planning

Dwayne is an award-winning designer with nearly 25 years of experience in architectural design, business strategy, program development, and management. He has worked diligently with the design and construction industry’s leading executives to grow and expand the ideas and visions of business owners and developers in 25 different states across the U.S. and internationally, in Chile and Korea. With an instinct and understanding of developing the owner’s vision and ultimate Business Management success, this knowledge has given him the insight to help his clients, partners, and associates create, meet, and exceed goals that genuinely achieve their dreams.

He has a passion for solving complex problems and enjoys studying those leaders who can do the same. He travels and teaches business owners and leaders, conducting seminars to “Discover Your God-Given Gifts and More.” In addition, he studies the lives of great men and women who have solved complex problems and issues that stifle forward progress; that others could not see.

Director of Architecture

Jessica Harris is a registered architect with 19 years of experience working out of TEG’s Shreveport office. Jessica handles a variety of projects, from health care to municipal offices, from schematic design through construction administration and after occupancy facility maintenance. She excels at producing a solid set of construction documents for bids and contracts. She believes that architecture is an expression of clients’ vision and architect’s ideas, combined in a series of dynamic processes to produce aesthetic and versatile buildings.
