We then collect data on the current staff workflow, length of stay, occupancy, and other metrics that will determine the direction of design that will best meet the needs.

STEP 2

DESIGN SOLUTIONS

During the design process, we collaborate with the decision-makers to ensure we provide solutions that not only meet the immediate needs of the business but the future needs as well. Once final approval is met, we then transfer the project to our Construction Administration phase.

STEP 3

DELIVER RESULTS

During the Construction Administration process, we ensure that all construction components are meeting standards in regards to safety requirements and regulations. Through diligent planning, we oversee the construction schedule and help determine a real-time completion date.
