Schematic design is the first phase of a concept design. In this step, we talk to the stakeholders and determine the project requirements and goals. This phase will often produce rough drawings of a site plan, floor plans, elevations, and hand sketches or computer renderings from our Studio-E Team.


Design Development is after the Schematic design phase, the plans and elevations are reviewed by the stakeholders. Revisions and expansion are to incorporate all the details and specifications required in order for the construction documents to be completed.


Construction Documents are the graphical representation of the project design and are used by the Construction Administration team and construction contractors to determine the specifications for contracting requirements, procurement requirements, modifications, and addendums.
