SCHEMATIC DESIGN
Schematic design is the first phase of a concept design. We talk to the stakeholders and determine the project requirements and goals in this step. This phase will often produce rough drawings of a site plan, floor plans, elevations, and hand sketches or 3D renderings from our Studio-E Team.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Design Development is after the Schematic design phase; the stakeholders review the plans and elevations. Revisions and expansion are to incorporate all the details and specifications required to complete the construction documents.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Construction Documents are the graphical representation of the project design. The Construction Administration team and construction contractors use them to determine contracting requirements, procurement requirements, modifications, and addendums.
