TEG Welcomes New Architectural Staff

Louisville, KY – TEG Architects, an architectural, planning, 3D visualization and interior design firm, announces the addition of two registered architects, promotion of two architectural interns to full-time staff, as well as the addition of five new architectural interns.

Brian R. Lindroth
Professional Associate – Architecture
Brian is a registered architect who brings experience at all levels of the profession from Project Manager to Architectural Department Head. He has accumulated an extensive portfolio of educational, civic, retail, industrial, historic preservation, single and multi-family residential, as well as restaurant/hospitality projects.
Brian has lived in Louisville for 15 years and is familiar with many local projects such as the New Albany Riverfront Development, IUS Science Lab Renovation, Silver Creek Primary School, and more. Several projects from his past were awarded the AIA Award of Merit and the Excellence in Design Awards.
An excellent senior level addition to TEG with a focused service minded professional approach.
Jared S. Burt
Professional Associate – Architecture
Throughout his career, Jared has had an active role in designing various facilities including collegiate and MLS stadiums, aquatic centers, commercial and mixed-use developments, health care facilities (from small tenant build-outs to 200+ bed replacement hospitals) as well as a variety of other public projects.
This multitude of experience in various markets paired with his approach to collaborative client engagements allows Jared to be versatile — producing dynamic solutions while focusing on the quality of space and the user experience. Jared previously worked with TEG as a 3D illustrator/designer.
Jared brings excellent communication skills, design quality and client service skills to every project and client.
Promoting from within
Paige Prowant and Nicole Schendl were offered full-time positions after the completion of their internships at TEG. The transition allowed TEG to continue to serve one of the largest health care clients in the firm’s history Paige and Nicole have excellent skill sets and professional talents which will be valuable to each of them as they shape their careers.

Sarah Yeo
Architectural Associate
Sarah is a recent graduate of Miami University College of Creative Arts with her Bachelors in Architecture. She will join TEG for an entire year as an architectural intern. While at Miami University she studied abroad in Luxembourg and across Europe, as well as being a member of the Miami University Marching Band Color Guard. She is interested in going back to school to further her education in the future.
Sarah is involved with serving her church and community organizations such as homeless shelters, food banks, Meals on Wheels, and the Gliding Stars Adaptive Ice Skating program.
After hearing about TEG at a career fair, Sarah was drawn to TEG for its commitment to continued education and the exposure within all levels of design that an intern would have access to.
Lindsey Kurucz
Architectural Associate
Lindsey is a recent graduate of Ball State University CAP and is currently enrolled in the Master of Architecture program at the university. She serves the community by volunteering for The Wheeler Mission (Indianapolis), Harvest Soup Kitchen (Muncie), and Damar Services’ events (Indianapolis), among many others.

Joe Koslow
Architectural Associate
Joe Koslow is a recent graduate from Ball State University’s College of Architecture and Planning who has joined the firm for a one-year internship. He plans on applying to a number of Architecture graduate programs across the country in pursuit of being a license architect. Joe is very interested in the future challenges for the world that architecture can impact. Some of these would include how the built environment can positively impact Climate Change, rapid Automation, and much more.
Joe enjoys serving his community and classmates through various programs such as the software mentorship program at Ball State University.

Valeria Degutis
Architectural Associate
Valeria is a recent graduate of Miami University with her Bachelors in Architecture with a focus in Urban Culture and Service Learning. During her time at Miami, Valeria studied abroad in Ghana for six weeks learning basic building and construction skills and in Cincinnati, OH for a semester immersing herself in work with local non-profits and community centers. While on campus she participated and served in various organizations related and unrelated to architecture and design.
Valeria can often be found with a cup of coffee and a book or working on a project at home. In the future, Valeria hopes to enhance her skills as a designer and continue pursuing her personal and professional goals in life.
